The Knowtific platform is a proprietary solution built using a combination of our self-hosted infrastructure and integrated third-party cloud services.

Self-Hosted Components: We use our own secure infrastructure, hosted in Australia, to run core components of our platform. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and performance of these self-hosted components. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by necessary maintenance, hardware failure, or software bugs.

Third-Party Cloud Dependencies: Certain advanced functionalities, particularly real-time conversational AI, are dependent on external, third-party cloud providers (e.g., Retell AI). While we have chosen reputable providers, we do not own or control them. We are not responsible or liable for any service interruptions, outages, performance degradation, data breaches, or failures that originate from these third-party providers. A failure in their service may cause a corresponding failure in the functionality we provide.
